Making Your Mind Up is a flexible, online self-help tool that provides early help to empower patients to self-care. It does this through providing online interventions that build resilience and promote emotional wellbeing.
Who we work with
We exist to close the gap between health and mental health by increasing access to digital, online self- help interventions.
The digital tool is designed for individuals, health organisations, schools and the public sector to make a positive impact on mental health.
"In the current climate commissioners and funders are looking for new initiatives and tools that are cost effective and do not duplicate services that are already out there. I believe MYMUP provides on the ground workers and individuals a means to identify how they can improve their own wellbeing. This product has been co-produced with the end user, meaning it is accessible and usable to young people and fits with our projects ethos."

"MYMUP are part of our initial assessment & transition team when pupils are initially referred to us. Extending the above support to include mentoring & PSD support to hard to reach students and families with the aim of improving engagement with their education. Assisting the development of our transition, i.e. differentiated support & provision and consequently improving engagement and developing life chances."

"MYMUP and the support people can access online is another crucial element of early intervention and building of resilience. Using technology that many people are familiar and comfortable with enhances the opportunity to access help quickly and to engage in positive activities to develop coping strategies. This can help promote communication and access to information in order to help with mental health issues. Further opportunities to access crisis services such as our local First Response Services can be enhanced through technology-based mental health support."
